Windows 10’s Creators Update added support for Dolby Atmos positional sound. This includes two things: Support for Dolby Atmos hardware and virtual Dolby Atmos sound that works in any pair of headphones.
Strong passwords are not enough anymore: we recommend using two-factor authentication whenever possible. Ideally, that means using an app that generates authentication codes on your phone or a physical hardware token. Microsoft is building an ecosystem of “Mixed Reality” headsets from various PC manufacturers. They’ll be much less expensive than the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive, and will require much less powerful PCs. Mixed Reality features are here today in the Creators Update, but the headsets themselves will be available for purchase sometime in the 2017 holiday season.
